How To Order A Home Collection Kit (for non-legal purposes)
Maxxam upholds and respects the security and privacy of all their clients. Your information will be kept confidential both online or through one of our Client Service Agents.
For those customers that do not require DNA testing for legal purposes, you may use the discrete Maxxam at home sample collection kit and send in your sample by mail or courier. Your results will be ready in 5-10 business days from the time the laboratory receives your sample.
The cost of the Home Collection Kit is $395 plus GST.
To order a Home Collection Kit on line, click here and fill in all of the required information. Maxxam Analytics accepts Visa and MasterCard for payment.
